Our goal is to make sure our clients are satisfied. Due to our nature of custom work, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective.
In addition, please note that sizing and coloring can vary between manufacturers and styles. If you have any questions about sizing, or would like to purchase a sample product please email us at email@example.com
**We are not responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes, and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the items are custom printed.**
If your items are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective in any way please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days from receipt of merchandise and we will be happy to arrange for a replacement or credit. Please provide your NAME and ORDER NUMBER with all correspondences.
Shipping charges are non refundable. All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
Masks- THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON FACE MASKS
Cancellations-If for any reason you choose to cancel all or part of your processing order there will be a 20% fee assessed. This covers any started production, labor, materials and/or design fees.
Abandoned Orders- If you have placed an order, and paid for your items you are responsible for pickup in a timely manner. All UNCLAIMED up orders will be subject for resale after 7 business days. No refunds will be provided for unclaimed merchandise.
To Return your items:
Please contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. You will then receive a detailed email with return instructions.
